Polina Hadjikyriacou is a registered Clinical Dietitian (HCPC registered). She received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Surrey in 2011, followed by a Master of Science in Nutritional Medicine from the same University. She has a wealth of acute clinical experience having worked at Queen Alexandra Hospital in Portsmouth, UK for 3 years. During her work at an acute clinical setting, she gained particular interest in oncology and worked as a specialist oncology dietitian for the majority of her time in the UK.
She relocated to Cyprus in 2016, where she works as a Clinical Dietitian-Nutritionist at her private practice in Nicosia, Cyprus. She has a constant interest in nutritional advances and takes part in conferences, online webinars and has attained certifications for further professional development. She is a Monash University FODMAP trained dietitian.
Polina believes in empowering everyone to embrace a healthy way of living through the food we enjoy and the life we lead. Our bodies are as unique as our personalities, so each of us should strive to find a way of eating that works for us individually.
